Fox proof your chook house

Take Charge of Your Life

Based on the book and double CD set of the same name.

In this, his most hilarious yet hard hitting presentation Colin gets you to imagine that your life is like a friendly, old fashioned, back yard chook house (hen house) where your chooks (hens) ought to live in peace and tranquility. He explains the havoc that would be caused if a fox got in and attacked your chooks.

He then lays out some simple and telling principles to help you protect your life from the many things that can mess it up.

" I would like to thank you for the motivating workshop you facilitated for the Onkaparinga Institute of TAFE's Client Services staff. The day was most enjoyable and I know that I personally walked away from the day with a wealth of information and a lot of food for thought.

My own team were buzzing the next day from your workshop and they all approached me for a copy of your books that I purchased. That in itself is a huge compliment to you."
- Donna Eacott, Manager Client Services, TAFE SA Noarlunga Campus

Read the introduction to the book.

Colin explains:

1. You can build a chook house out of anything.
2. Pay more attention to what is in your chook house and how fox proof it is than what it looks like.
3. Don’t build where there are foxes.
4. Lock the Chook House Door.
5. If a fox gets in, don’t get bitten.
6. If you get bitten, don’t bleed too much.
7. If you get bitten, don’t flap and squawk.
